Are your products safe for all dogs?We carefully select our items from reputable manufacturers. However, DogPaws does not produce its own brand, and we are not liable for any injury or damage resulting from product misuse or manufacturer faults. Always supervise your pet during play and discontinue use if a product becomes damaged.

Do you donate to animal charities?Yes! Every quarter, a portion of our profits is donated to organizations that help dogs in need. When you shop with DogPaws, you're also giving back. 🐶❤️

What if my item arrives damaged?Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item, including clear photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to find a fair solution, refund or replacement.

Can I return a product?Yes, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. However, opened products (e.g., used beds or chewed toys) are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Who pays for return shipping?Returns are at the customer’s expense unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Where do you ship from?We work with trusted suppliers worldwide. This means your items may be shipped directly from international warehouses to get them to you faster and more affordably. But we most likely distribute your order from Holland.

When will I receive my order?Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 10–25 business days, depending on your location and the shipping provider.

What is the status of my order?You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use it to monitor your shipment’s progress.
