All products listed on DogPaws are sourced from third-party suppliers. While we strive for accuracy, product colors, sizes, and details may vary slightly due to manufacturing or screen differences.
We do not own or manufacture any of the brands sold. DogPaws acts as a retail platform only.
2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once it has shipped.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processing has begun.
3. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in original packaging.

Opened, used, or chewed products (e.g., toys, beds, accessories) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We ship directly from multiple warehouses globally. Your order may arrive in separate packages.

All prices are listed in EUR and include taxes unless otherwise stated.

Occasionally, the same product may be listed at different prices on other websites or platforms. This is normal in global e-commerce.

We do not offer price matching with external vendors.

DogPaws is not liable for any harm, injury, or damage caused by the misuse of any product sold on our platform.
As a third-party retailer, DogPaws cannot guarantee product outcomes and is not responsible for defects in manufacturing.
We strongly advise customers to supervise pets when using any product, especially chew toys and accessories.
7. Promotions & Discounts
Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively.
DogPaws reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
