4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in EUR and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before Products are dispatched.

• Pricing Variations, Similar or identical products may be available elsewhere at different prices. We set our own prices independently and do not offer price matching or refunds based on price differences.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Title and risk in the Products pass to you when we hand them to the carrier. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred on international shipments.

6. Returns & Refunds

1. Unopened Products Only, You may return unopened, unused Products in original packaging within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

2. No Returns on Opened Products, For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used Products are non‑returnable and non‑refundable unless required by mandatory law.

3. Return Shipping Costs, All return shipping costs, insurance, and customs fees are your responsibility. We recommend using a traceable service; we are not liable for lost returns.

4. Restocking Fee, We reserve the right to charge up to a 15 % restocking fee.

5. Inspection & Refunds, Refunds are issued only after inspection and may take up to fourteen (14) business days to process.

7. Promotional Codes

Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Codes are non‑transferable, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

• Cap on Liability, Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

• No Medical Liability, We are not veterinarians; Products are not medical devices. Consult a qualified professional before use.

• Third‑Party Manufacturing, All Products are sourced from independent manufacturers and are not produced under our own brand. To the fullest extent permitted by law, manufacturing defects, safety hazards, or accidents arising from Product use are the sole responsibility of the respective manufacturer.

• Force Majeure, We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DogPaws, its affiliates, and employees from any claim, loss, or damage (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Products.
